Terms & Conditions
These are our Terms & Conditions and must be agreed to when ordering or requesting service.
- All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice
- All orders accepted by Atelier Magnetics, Inc shall be billed in accordance with list prices and terms, even though incorrect list prices, discounts and terms may appear on the Buyer's Purchase Order.
- Acceptances of binding purchase orders are subject to final written approval by Atelier Magnetics, Inc
- Buyer may not cancel accepted Purchase Orders unless all details are agreed upon in writing by Atelier Magnetics, Inc
- Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, and Amex are accepted forms of payment.
- Standard terms shall be prepayment via Paypal or credit/debt card transaction. No other forms of payment shall be accepted without prior approval from a duly authorized executive officer of Atelier Magnetics, Inc.
- Buyer will be charged $35.00 for all returned checks.
- Any portion of the invoice amount which has not been paid within 30 days of invoice date will accrue interest daily at the lesser of a monthly rate of 3% or the highest rate permissible by law until unpaid balance is paid in full.
- The debtor Company/ Individual will pay all legal fee's including reasonable expenses incurred in the course of collecting the debt.
- The proper venue for litigation will be Clallam County, Washington
- Atelier Magnetics, Inc. assumes no liability for the injuries or accidents resulting from improper use or installation of any goods sold.
- New, unused, unaltered, undamaged items may be returned for credit, only if prior authorization has been agreed upon from a duly authorized executive officer of Atelier Magnetics, Inc.
- Any request for return of new, unused, unaltered, undamaged items will only be considered if submitted within 15 days of invoice date.
- Special order goods and goods sold by Atelier Magnetics, Inc as Used, Refurbished or Custom are not eligible for return.
- Product returns will be subject to a $25.00 or 20% minimum restocking fee, which ever is greater.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid to: Atelier Magnetics, inc, 18155 HWY 112 Clallam Bay, WA 98326 unless otherwise specified.
- A copy of the original invoice or packing slip must accompany all returns. Material must be inspected and deemed in good working order before credit will be given. Please allow 2-4 weeks to process returns.
- Unless otherwise specified in accepted purchase orders, all products are shipped directly from AMI/TAB-Funkenwerk - Clallam Bay, WA. Upon acceptance of goods by carrier by carrier from AMI/TAB-Funkenwerk, the material becomes the property of the consignee.
- All shipping and handling fees are to be paid by the customer.
- Atelier Magnetics Inc and the freight carrier must be notified upon receipt of damaged freight, discrepancies, or non-conformities within 24 hours.
- All new Atelier Magnetics Inc components are covered by a 1 years warranty, which begins on the date of shipping.
- All new TAB products are covered by a 5 years parts and labor warranty, which begins on the date of shipping.
- All vacuum tubes used in our products are covered by a 6 month replacement warranty.
- All custom and repair work is covered by a 1 year parts and labor warranty.
- Atelier Magnetics Inc / TAB-Funkenwerk may repair or replace warranty items at our discretion.
- Custom service and repairs that are not paid in full within 30 days of notification of completion will become the sole property of Atelier Magnetics, Inc.
- All orders for new components and products generally ship within 3 days of order received
